If you buy, lease or rent a new or refurbished copier from us, we recommend a service contract as insurance against the unexpected costs of repairs that may happen in the every-day use of your photocopier.

If you don’t have one, or you didn’t acquire your copier from us, you’ll still receive prompt, expert attention bringing your machine back to working order. Costs are based on time and material.

No-charge if we’re unable to repair your copier.  If, for whatever reason, we’re unable to repair your photocopier, there’s no charge to you. However, we do charge a $50 fee if you decide to not repair the machine after receiving our repair estimate. The age of the machine compared to the costs of the repair is the usual reason to not have a machine repaired.

Sometimes it makes more sense to simply replace the copier. But we leave that decision up to you!

Our service copier contracts are the best in the business. We offer service contracts on a per-copy-basis using a graded scale from as little as a penny per-copy based on your monthly/yearly copy volume! Our service contract rates range from 1.0-1.5 cents per copy—that’s at or below industry standards.

Roll-Over and No-Penalty Contracts

Have you used your photocopier less or more than expected? You won’t get penalized by us. Our standard contracts take into account that your copy volumes aren’t set in stone.

If you don’t use the volume expected for the year, our Roll-Over Protection will extend your contract until you’ve reached the contracted copy volume. For example, you contract for 50,000 copies and only used 45,000 during the year. We’ll extend the contract for however long it takes to reach 50,000. 4 weeks, 6 weeks, however long it takes! You then have the option to renew your contract.

Did you go over the expected copy volume for the year? We won’t penalize you! Simply pay for the cost-per-copy in the service contract.

**Please note: The Free Copier Solution doesn’t include Roll-Over protection. The minimum number of copies must be paid regardless of usage volume. However, our No-Penalty rule still applies.

Every copier is guaranteed reliable for you to use for the life of the service contract. Service calls are answered quickly. If the copier isn’t repairable or needs excessive service, we’ll replace it. No questions asked! It’s in our best interest to supply you with the most reliable photocopiers possible, since all repairs and replacement machines are covered by your service contract.

No Long-Term Commitment. Cancel at anytime. Unlike other companies that require long-term service contracts that lock you in for up to 5 years or more, you can cancel your contract with us at anytime.

Back-up or additional copiers are supplied as needed to companies requiring 20,000 copies per month.
